🍂 The air is getting crisp and leaves are getting crunchy. Join us on Saturday, October 14th as we venture up to Cold Spring, NY for a group hike on the Bull Hill Short Loop. With many beautiful overlooks of the Hudson Valley, this trail isn’t one to miss. Afterwards we will indulge in sweet treats from MooMoo’s Creamery in the heart of Cold Spring. 🍦
🥾 Trail Information: Bull Hill Short Loop is about 4.3 miles with a 1,131ft elevation gain is estimated to take about 3 hours. This is a dog friendly trail but they must be on a leash.
How to Get There::
By Train 🚂:: Meet at the Grand Central Station Clock @ 8:30 am. Train leaves GrandCentral @ 8:50 am - Arrives in Cold Spring NY @10:14am . From there we’ll stop at a bathroom and walk to Bull Hill Parking Lot to meet up with anyone who is driving. Train Tickets: $30.50 Round Trip
By Car 🚗:: From Beacon, head south on Route 9D. In less than five miles, you’ll pass under a tunnel at the trailhead to Breakneck Ridge. About one mile after that tunnel, you’ll see the well-marked parking area for Little Stony Point on your right. Park in the spacious lot directly across the street, on your left heading south. If you enter the village of Cold Spring, you’ve gone just a few hundred yards too far. Please allow ample time for parking! GPS coordinates of parking area: 41.42659, -73.96534
